Given their long and successful history, I wouldn’t think so, but if you’re planning to pick up either of Pokémon Heartgold or Pokémon SoulSilver, get your pre-order in beginning February 1 and you can get one of two exclusive Pokémon figures

If you order Pokémon Heartgold, you’ll receive Ho-Oh, the legendary Pokémon of the Johto region, while Pokémon SoulSilver purchasers will get Lugia, the sea dweller and master of storms.

“These special figures are Nintendo’s way of thanking the fans of the Pokémon franchise for their ongoing loyalty and dedication,” said Ron Bertram, Nintendo of Canada’s vice-president and general manager. “Players will be happy with the enhanced new features inPokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions, and these great Legendary Pokémon figures will help get them even more excited about the launch of the game on March 14.”
