I’ll admit to being one of the few people who watched 1 vs. 100 during it’s short lived run on North American TV. It was never the smartest or the hardest or the most interesting show, but there was always something about it that was entertaining. Entertaining to me at least.

So now that I’ve finally joined the legion of XBox 360 owners, 1 vs. 100 is oddly one of the titles that I was really looking forward to trying. More than Halo ODST, more than Forza, more than a lot of other titles. Call me crazy, but I think the way the game has been put out there is one of the most interesting uses of the capabilities of XBox Live and the 360′s vaunted on-line community. And offering real Microsoft points and Live Arcade downloads as prizes? Brilliant!

Starting on November 19, I will have the opportunity to live out the dream and give 1 vs. 100 a shot, as the game returns for 14 weeks. Guess this is the incentive I needed to finally spring for that XBox Live Gold membership.
